happy 4th, even if we celebrated it yesterday. but you know what? i'm glad we celebrated it yesterday, because my aunt and uncle were actually there for a change. we got to my grandmother's house, ate lots of food (she had shrimp and devilled eggs!!!), and then, at 9:30, we watched the fireworks. this is the first year she was invited to her neighbor's house to watch, and her neighbor lives right on the lake. it was awesome.
of course, by the end of the 30 minute show, i was concentrating more on my ears not bursting then the pretty fireworks...
i hope everybody is having a wonderful day. euphoria is in the air...
